Account cancellation
How to cancel your account: To cancel your subscription, go to settings > subscriptions. From there, you can select cancel subscription. Your subscription will remain active until next current billing cycle, after which it will stop automatically.
Post-cancellation implications: Once your subscription ends, access to all Tradesyncer services and features will be discontinued. Please note that no refunds are provided for any prior payments upon cancellation.
Tradesyncer’s right to terminate
Tradesyncer reserves the right to terminate accounts in cases of a breach of our General Terms and Conditions. Violations may result in account deactivation, forfeiture of any funds in the account, and potential restriction from future access to Tradesyncer services.
