Role Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing & Brand Manager to take full ownership of Tradesyncer’s marketing direction — across our platform and co-brands.

You’ll oversee all marketing activity, coordinate with external agencies, manage affiliates and B2B partners, and ensure our brand remains consistent and impactful across every channel.

This is a strategic leadership position — you’ll direct and challenge agencies, manage relationships, and connect all marketing efforts under one data-driven vision.

A strong understanding of the prop trading or trading industry is essential for this role, as you’ll be shaping communication that resonates deeply with traders and industry partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee paid and organic growth: Manage direction and performance across Google SEO/Ads, Meta, X, and TikTok — ensuring strategy, link-building, and content plans from our agencies deliver measurable results.

  • Lead agency collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for marketing partners — communicate clearly, challenge strategies, and push for continuous improvement based on data and performance insights.

  • Drive email marketing growth: Take ownership of Tradesyncer’s email marketing strategy — from automation and segmentation to design and content — to build engagement and retention.

  • Own the brand: Serve as brand guardian for Tradesyncer and co-brands — protect tone of voice, visual consistency, and messaging across all platforms.

  • Manage affiliates and partnerships: Build and maintain affiliate and B2B partner relationships (prop firms, fintech tools, co-marketing brands), negotiate new deals, and optimise performance through data-driven insights.

  • Lead content and creative direction: Define organic content strategy, identify trends, and work closely with the design team to create impactful campaigns.

  • Monitor analytics and performance: Track marketing KPIs across all channels and turn insights into clear, actionable improvements.

  • Safeguard brand presence: Ensure Tradesyncer’s communication and public image reflect a consistent, professional identity across communities and channels.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, growth, or brand management, preferably in prop trading, trading tools, or fintech industries (prop/trading experience is highly preferred).

  • Deep understanding of Google SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising (Meta, X/Twitter, TikTok).

  • Proven ability to lead and challenge marketing agencies and maintain accountability on performance.

  • Experience managing affiliate programs and B2B partnerships — ideally within the trading or fintech space.

  • Strong email marketing skills — capable of designing and executing lifecycle campaigns and automations.

  • Experienced brand manager — able to maintain tone, visuals, and identity across multiple brands and audiences.

  • Knowledgeable in content strategy and organic growth, with awareness of the latest marketing trends and platforms.

  • Analytical mindset — confident turning data and performance reports into clear actions.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable on calls with affiliates, partners, and agencies.

  • Organised, proactive, and results-driven, with a passion for the trading and fintech space.


Nice-to-Haves

  • Proven network or connections within prop firms, fintech partners, or trading communities.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).

  • Experience with co-branded or joint marketing campaigns.

  • Understanding of affiliate analytics and attribution.

  • Creative eye for content, trends, and storytelling.
