We are a fast growing startup building software for traders in the prop firm space.

This is not a role where you manage existing processes. You actively build visibility, relationships, and growth.

Role: Affiliate Manager

This role has a strong focus on building and managing relationships. You are responsible for growing our network of prop firms, affiliates, and influencers.

You work closely with the marketing team and are in daily contact with prop firms, affiliate partners, and influencers, mainly focused on the US market. Strong English communication skills are required. Candidates must be based in the US or UK.

What you will do

Affiliate and partner management, main focus

  • Reach out to relevant prop firms, affiliate partners, and influencers

  • Build and maintain long term partnerships

  • Create campaigns and collaborations with partners and influencers

  • Develop concepts that match our brand strategy

  • Manage campaigns, track results, and optimize performance

  • Test and scale new partnership models

  • You understand how to turn reach into growth

  • You are comfortable managing relationships with prop firms, affiliates, and influencers

  • You take ownership and execute

  • You adapt quickly in a fast moving startup environment

As a startup, we look for someone who is flexible and involved across different areas. You think along on strategy, talk to partners and influencers, come up with ideas, and help execute them.

Your experience and skills

  • At least 3 years experience in affiliate management, partnerships, or influencer marketing

  • Proven experience with outreach and building collaborations

  • Strong creative skills in campaigns and concepts

  • Good understanding of trends in social media and online communities

  • Experience working with prop firms or affiliate partners is a plus

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken

  • Able to communicate professionally with US based partners

  • Strategic thinking combined with execution

  • Structured and clear in communication

  • Use AI to work faster and smarter
