How to manage accounts in a connection

Where account status and follow settings are controlled

Every account in a connection is active as soon as the connection is added. This article covers where account status and follow settings are controlled.

Viewing your accounts

Log into the app, go to Connections in the menu, and click the connection you want to manage. This opens the Connection Details page, which lists every account associated with that connection along with its Account Name, Account Balance and Account Status.

Accounts are active by default

You no longer activate accounts one by one. When you add a connection, every account under it is active.

The per-account toggle and the Enable All button have been removed from Connection Details. Account status is still shown there, but it is no longer editable from this page.

How plan slots are used

Adding a connection does not use up the account allowance on your plan. A slot is used when you set an account to follow the lead account in the Cockpit.

Setting accounts to follow or not follow

Following and not following is set in the Cockpit. If you want an account to stop copying trades from the lead account, open the Cockpit and change its follow setting there.

Disabling a connection

The connection itself can still be disabled and re-enabled from the Connections page. This applies to every account under that connection. It is also worth trying if a connection stops behaving as expected.
