How to switch your subscription plan
At Tradesyncer, we offer a variety of subscription plans so you can choose what best fits your trading needs. To switch your plan, follow the steps below.
Steps to switch your plan
Log in to your Tradesyncer account. Visit tradesyncer.com and log in with your credentials.
Go to Settings. Click the gear icon or your profile picture at the top right corner of the screen.
Select Subscription. In the settings menu, click Subscription to view your current plan and available options.
Click Switch Plan. You'll see your current plan along with other available options. Click the Switch Plan button.
Choose your new plan. Pick the subscription you want to switch to (for example, from Basic to Pro). Review the details to ensure it meets your expectations.
Confirm your change. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the switch.
Important notes
Immediate effect: The change takes effect immediately after confirmation.
Pro-rata billing: You'll only pay the price difference for the remaining days of your current billing cycle.
Pro-rata example
Say you are on the Basic plan at $49/month, you upgrade to the Pro plan at $99/month, and you switch exactly midway through the month (day 15 of 30).
